Oloolua Nature trails is hidden away in the upmarket suburb of Karen in a 250 hectares of the indigenous tropical dry Oloolua forest
The forest is the home to the institute for primate research, which is a National Museums of Kenya Institution mandated with carrying our the Bio-medical research department.
The national museums of Kenya subsequently established the 5 Km nature trail for the city residents looking for tranquil hideaways to get far from the hustle & bustle.

- 20 foot water fall close to the entrance.

- Crowned eagles nest built times back. Sadly though the human encroachment made the crowned eagle to fly out out this sanctuary Getting There.
Oloolua Nature trail is located 20 Km from the city in the Karen Suburb Along Karen Road, divert to Bogani Road and head to Karen Blixen Museum. Oloolua Nature trails is 600 meters as you continue downwards from Karen Blixen.
